There are a lot of crazies out there so these rules are just here to keep you guys safe in our online community.

Ok so this is your community. But every community and society has rules and laws! So you need you to comply with our rules but more importantly we want you to take responsibility for your community. So if we all comply with a few things this will be a great place for everyone:
- Comply with Terms and Conditions of eTutorUSA.
- Do NOT use abusive or sexually explicit language in chat rooms.
- Do NOT use eTutorUSA to solicit any business for yourself or other entities.
- Do NOT use eTutorUSA to advertise for yourself or any other entity.
- Do NOT use eTutorUSA to solicit sexual activity.
- Do NOT use eTutorUSA to promote or conduct illegal activities of ANY kind.
- Do NOT attempt to contact any eTutorUSA member outside of eTutorUSA communication means.
- Do NOT enter misleading or inaccurate information.
- Do NOT misrepresent yourself to other eTutorUSA members or staff.
While we expect you to take responsibility for your community we also realize that some will attempt to abuse the rules. So WE WILL BE WATCHING. Every chat transcript is saved and automatically scanned for abusive or sexually explicit language and solicitations of any kind. Those scans automatically alert us of infractions. Infractions are reviewed and depending on the context and severity of those infractions disciplinary actions may be taken. Disciplinary actions may range from a warning, to removal from the community, to notification of law enforcement.
Rest assured we take protecting you very very seriously. We have kids too! We've taken many steps to try to eliminate any abuse of the system. We want a safe environment for you all to work in.
We save and scan every chat room transcript for abuse of our rules. That means both inappropriate language and inappropriate use of the chat. Our automated scanning will alert us of any infraction. Those alert events are then reviewed for their severity. We take into account the context of the abuse and will make a determination as to the action required.
None of your personal information is ever disclosed by us. Not even email addresses. You only know each other by your usernames.
